Hi! My name is Jessica and I’ve always had a deep love for movement and exploring what the body is capable of. My background in gymnastics and sports eventually led me to yoga and pilates, where I found a practice that balanced strength, mindfulness, and self-connection.
I completed my yoga teacher training after college and continued to grow my practice through experiences like stand-up paddleboard yoga and aerial silks, which deepened my appreciation for balance, adaptability, and presence—especially in nature.
My classes are rooted in mindful vinyasa flows with an emphasis on strength, stability, intention, and playfulness. I aim to create a supportive space where students feel challenged, grounded, and confident in their bodies on and off the mat. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I hope to help you move with curiosity and joy.
I’m grateful to be part of the Exhale community as both an instructor and student—and when I’m not on the mat, you might find me baking, tackling a DIY project, spending time with my husband Carson and our kitty Luna, or enjoying the outdoors.
