our classes.

  • barre.

    Our barre classes combine elements from pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training to build a full-body workout designed to increase strength through progressive overload. Your instructor will offer modifications, and layer in optional advancements throughout class. You’ll leave feeling energized, strong, and ready to take on the day.

  • barre burn.

    Our barre burn classes give you the opportunity to pick up the pace, break a sweat, and discover just how strong you are. You’ll move through familiar barre exercises with added intensity, cardio sets, and upper body work with heavier weight options. You will move through “layered” exercises, meaning that you can always come back to the base position, which offer the most support. You’ll leave feeling proud of your inner strength.

  • pilates.

    Our approach to mat pilates integrates traditional pilates principles into classes that flow easily from one exercise to the next, allowing you to get lost in the movement while challenging your balance, strengthening your core, and connecting to your breath. Classes are designed to challenge and support each individual client. You’ll leave feeling powerful and clear-minded.

  • pilates restore.

    Our pilates restore class is designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body. By focusing on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and building a strong mind-to-muscle connection, you’ll move through supportive and accessible exercises that restore balance and strength. Whether you’re new to pilates or looking for a gentler practice, this class offers the perfect opportunity to deepen your connection to movement in a safe and encouraging environment. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and aligned.

  • yoga.

    Our yoga classes offer you the space to move through class in the way that feels best in your body. You’ll have 50 minutes to practice presence, bringing your focus gently back to your breath and body each time your mind starts to wander. You’ll leave feeling restored and lengthened.

  • empowered barre.

    Our online class format that incorporates movements from barre, pilates, and yoga into a workout designed to deliver serious results in 30 minutes or less. Empowered barre classes use exercises that most efficiently load major muscle groups - bringing you close to failure in just a few repetitions (this is important for building muscle). You’ll leave knowing that your time on the mat was well-spent, and you’ll notice an increase in strength as you build a consistent home workout routine.
